From the first song to the last laugh, the night was full of what makes Empire special. Connection. Celebration. And the kind of team spirit you can feel the second you walk into the room.

The energy was real

The décor brought the theme to life, warm and festive with a Southern glow. Every corner felt intentional, and every detail made the space feel like ours.

The best part was the people

The dancing, the smiles, the group photos, the inside jokes, the cheering, the “come take a picture with us” moments. It was a reminder that Empire is not just where we work. It is a team that shows up for each other.

A moment to recognize what the year took

This year demanded a lot. Long days. Big responsibility. Constant care. The holiday party was our chance to pause, celebrate the wins, and give credit where it belongs.

To our nurses, aides, therapists, dietary, housekeeping, maintenance, admin, and every team member who kept things moving, thank you. Better team. Better care.
